Abstract:
To provide a control method capable of executing processing intended to be automatic in a RPA without terminating the processing in the middle.SOLUTION: In a RPA system, a MFP 1000 includes a remote operation mode that receives a control instruction from a terminal device 2000. In the terminal device 2000, the terminal device that transits the MFP 1000 to the remote operation mode receives an operation by the RPA, and performs a control instruction to the MFP 1000. The MFP 1000 timeouts a remote operation mode when a period without a communication with the terminal device 2000 becomes a constant time. On the other hand, the terminal device 2000 performs a maintain control for maintaining the remote operation mode of the MFP 1000 in a period shorter than the period until the remote operation timeouts after performing the control instruction to the MFP 1000.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
