Abstract:

To destroy a material without changing a fluid cross flow quantity by setting the delay time changeable by the operating pressure released by a shock piston, first applying a return stroke to the shock piston during the delay time, then applying a residual return stroke.

A position adjusting face AV2 connects a delay element 18 to a switching control pipe 13 via a pilot control pipe 20. The delay element 18 forms a flow regulator having an objective value adjustable depending on pressure. A shock piston 3 connects a control pipe 9 to a return pipe 10 via a peripheral groove 3c. A control spider 5a in an operation stroke is moved to the left by the action of a slider face AS1 applied with operating pressure (a). When the slider 5a reaches the return stroke position by this leftward motion, a piston face A1 is immediately connected to the return pipe 10 via the switching control pipe 13, a control valve 5, and a pipe 12 (b). The shock piston 3 starts a return stroke by the pressing force of a piston face A2.
