Abstract:
The system (22) has detectors (30) for detecting a state of a thrust reverser (20) of a jet engine (18). A thrust reverser controlling device (26) and a jet engine regulating device (28) are controlled by the controller based on the detector information supplied to the controller. The controller controls electrical power supply of the thrust reverser. The regulating device provides jet engine operating information to the controller. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling a jet engine of an aircraft.
