Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent control from generating interruption or abnormal control operation and to obtain a stable control system by detecting abnormality in an input point from a plant to be a control parameter and switching the detected input point to a substitutive input point. CONSTITUTION:An abnormality monitor 9 is provided with an input point abnormality diagnosis inference function for executing the abnormality diagnosis of plant state data E inputted from a dynamic plant knowledge base 2 on the basis of plant state abnormality diagnosis knowledge G inputted from a controlling input point knowledge base 6, and if abnormality is detected, applying input point abnormality diagnosis information F to a controlling input switching inference mechanism 7 and the mechanism 7 for inputting the information F, inputting input point switching information I relating to an abnormal input point from the knowledge base 6 and executing the operation of a plant controlling rule of a plant controlling knowledge base 3 by switching operation H to a substitutive input point. Since the substitutive input point can be set up as a control input parameter for a control inference mechanism 4, the control of the plant can be continued even at the time of generating abnormality in the controlling input point.
