CONSTITUTION: A fuzzy deduction is carried out with a calculation means 32 in response to a surrounding air temperature detected by a sensing means 30 and a control rule stored in a memory 33. An amount of combustion at a burner 3 during an additional boiling is controlled in response to a result of fuzzy deduction got in this way, resulting in that the most appropriate additional boiling responding to a practical environment can be carried out and a comfortable taking of bath can always be realized.
