Abstract:
To provide a control system that enables a person on board to arbitrarily set a braking mode, without releasing the hands from a handle bar of a huma power-driven vehicle.SOLUTION: A control system comprises: an operation state detecting part that detects an operation state of a brake operation device of a human power-driven vehicle; and a control part that sets a braking mode of the human power-driven vehicle to either of a longitudinally independent braking mode and a longitudinally interlocking braking mode, in accordance with the operation state detected by the operation state detecting part and maintains the braking mode of the human power-driven vehicle in the either mode of the longitudinally independent braking mode and the longitudinally interlocking braking mode, after the operation state ends.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
