Abstract:
To provide a control system of a delivery box applied to a collective facility capable of ensuring the convenience of a courier and satisfactory security of the delivery box.SOLUTION: A control system of a delivery box as an example of an embodiment is a control system of a delivery box that is to be installed in a collective facility including a shared entrance. The control system of the delivery box includes: an acquisition unit that acquires a piece of information for unlocking an electric lock of a shared entrance; and an output unit that is configured so as to, when the information is acquired together with a piece of information that identifies a predetermined facility that constitutes the collective facility, output a signal for unlocking a delivery box corresponding to the predetermined facility under a predetermined condition.
