Abstract:
PURPOSE: To secure an effective transmission of the picture signal featuring reduced error when the circuit state varies by selecting the transmission velocity of the transmission side in accordance with the amount of error of the reception picture signal information.
CONSTITUTION: The error of the received picture signal information is detected 11 with every fixed section of the information, and the transmission velocity of the transmission side is selected to the highest level with which the error amount becomes minimum in accordance with the error amount. Then the velocity switching control 10 is carried out.
