Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve servo-performance by switching a speed control system to a proportional-plus-integral control (PI control) or a delay control by a deviation between a position feedback from a machine system and a position command. CONSTITUTION:A speed control is switched to a PI control 2 or a delay control 3, based on speed information of a machine from a position feedback, and distance information from a difference between a position command and the position feedback to a target position. That is, switching of the speed controls 2, 3 follows up the PI control 2 in a dynamic friction area in the vicinity of the target position, and when it enters into a static friction area and becomes an overshoot as it is, it is switched to the delay control 3. In such a way, the overshoot is small, and also, it is possible to approach a command position, comparing with executing only the delay control from the beginning.
