PURPOSE: To transmit a signal at high speed by executing the indication of an operation based on a local time difference concerning a circuit part locally connected by a signal cycle adjusting circuit when both a remote connection and a local connection are executed.

CONSTITUTION: A signal cycle adjusting circuit 3 outputs a control signal to each circuit element 2 belonging to a local connecting circuit 1 in order so as to execute the control of a signal transmitting operation at each local time difference, and executes the indication of the operation at the cycle of a remote time. Therefore, even if the signal is inputted from a circuit network connected by the remote connection, in the local connecting circuit, the operation of the signal transmission is executed at the local time difference. Thus, the operation time as the whole circuit network operates faster compared with the operation only at a remote time interval.
