Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain a stable control in a transient state by regarding a controlled system as a primary delay system and calculating its time constant tau and the changing amount of a controlled variable corresponding to said constant so as to control the system. CONSTITUTION:A measuring part 4 gives the sample-measured value of the controlled variable to a transient state control function block 6. A set value is also given to the block 6 through a switch 10, and a binary switching operation is applied to the controlled system 1 at every prescribed sample interval. The controlled variable of an operation part 2 is turned on. When the controlled variable changes up to the prescribed range of the modification width of a set value, the controlled variable of the operation part 2 is turned on at >=3 sampling intervals. The estimated changing amount X of the controlled variable is calculated in correspondence to the time constant tau of the controlled system 1, and the controlled variable of the operation part 2 is turned on. When the controlled variable reaches a value that is determined by the difference between the changing amount of the controlled variable and the set value, the controlled variable is turned on, and the operation is ready for a change to a steady state. Thus the transient state control is attainable in correspondence to the primary delay characteristic of the controlled system.
