Abstract:
To suppress an influence on processing due to a change in the attitude of a movable body at the time of slowdown.SOLUTION: Movable bodies (50,61) are driven by a motor (71) and move and execute prescribed action so as to process an object. Controllers (10, 30) control the motor so that the movable bodies constantly move at a first speed in an execution section where the movable bodies execute the prescribed action. When a non-execution section of a prescribed distance or more exists continuously from the execution section, the controllers control the motor so that the movable bodies start acceleration from the first speed in a condition that the movable bodies pass through the first execution section. Furthermore, the controllers control the motor so that the movable bodies restart constant movement at the first speed from a constant-speed restart spot. The constant-speed restart spot is positioned on the upstream of a second execution section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
