Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make the capability of the power source smaller, prevent the voltage from descending abnormally, and avoid an overload condition of the engine, etc., by a method wherein a storage case in which an article to be preserved at a fixed temperature such as frozen blood, etc., is control-transported by a carrier, and the deterioration of the article to be preserved at a fixed temperature due to the abnormal ascending/descending of temperature is prevented from happening by an assured monitoring, and the equipment cost is reduced by making a refrigrating warehouse, etc., unnecessary, and also, the start of the storage case is controlled.
CONSTITUTION: At one site, a storage case 6 in which an article to be preserved at a fixed temperature is loaded in a carrier 4, and is transported to another site. During this period, the driver observes a temperature abnormality alarming means 15, and the generation of a temperature ascending/descending in the storage case 6, which is operated by a power source 13 of the carrier 4, is confirmed by a temperature abnormality alarming signal generating means 10, and temperature abnormality alarming signal receiving means 14, and a corrective action is taken. In addition, when the storage case 6 is started by the power source 13, power is fed with a specified time-difference to the storage case 6 from the power source 13 through a non-simultaneous start circuit 13d, and the start current to the storage case 6 is gradually increased by a start current reducing device 11 which is provided on the storage case 6.
