PURPOSE: To improve the workability of the connecting work for connecting lead wires with each connecting section by respectively leading out lead wires for power and for small signals from locations far from a large-sized electric components mounting area.

CONSTITUTION: A hybrid IC 5 formed by integrating the minimum number of circuits required for driving and controlling a rotating machine on an insulating substrate and such electric components as a transformer 4, capacitor 7, etc., are mounted on the control substrate 3 of this control unit module. A plurality of lead wires 15a and 15b to be connected to the principal part of the rotating machine are led out from desired locations far from the large-sized electric components. Therefore, the workability of the connecting work for connecting a plurality of lead wires to the principal part of the rotating machine can be improved.
