Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a control valve for molding foamed resin in which a mold change operation or a maintenance operation can be facilitated by a simple structure of the entire valve with simple vapor and air tubes.
CONSTITUTION: This control valve for molding foamed resin comprises a movable chamber 2 for partitioning the interior of a control valve body 1 made of a box to communicate with a movable mold, a chamber for a fixed mold to communicate with the fixed side mold, and three sealed chambers of a common use chamber 4 for supplying and exhausting the vapor and the air. The chamber 4 communicates with the chambers 2 and 3 via communicating holes 5, 6, and switching valves 7, 8 are respectively provided at the holes 5, 6.
