Abstract:
To achieve improvement of work efficiency in manufacturing a control valve.SOLUTION: A control valve includes: a valve body 30 housed in a housing hole within one end part of a cam shaft and made of an aluminum alloy material; a fastening member 31 which is detachably disposed at one axial end part of the valve body and made of a ferrous metal; and a spool valve 32 slidably provided in the valve body and made of an aluminum alloy material. The fastening member has: a flange-like head part 41; a shaft part 42 extending from the head part along an axial direction; an assembly screw 31a comprising a male screw part 42a formed at an outer periphery of the shaft part and a female screw part formed at an inner periphery of the housing hole; and a fastening screw 31b comprising a female screw part 42b formed at an inner periphery of the shaft part and a male screw part 30g formed at an outer periphery of the one axial end part of the valve body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
