To provide a system and a method capable of facilitating controlled fusion in a magnetic field having a field inverted topology, and direct energy conversion of fusion product energy into electric power.
A plasma electric power generation (PEG) system by this system is preferably a nuclear fusion reactor having an electric power core 436, the nuclear fusion reactor has a confinement system, and the confinement system has a tendency of reducing or eliminating substantially abnormal transportation of an ion and an electron. The PEG system is connected to an inversion cyclotron transducer 420 as an energy conversion system. The energy conversion system forms a reactor for converting efficiently an energy ion of a fusion product generated from the electric power core 436 along a released magnetic force line 480 in a form of an annular beam, directly into electricity.
