Two power lines are passed through a second current detecting means, and three power lines including the two after passing are connected to an opening and closing means, a smoothing means, an inverter driving means, and a compressor after passing the three power lines through a first current detecting means. The opening and closing means is composed of a controller opened and closed by a protection control means. A rotational frequency of the compressor is controlled from an inverter control means by voltage variation of a second voltage converting means. When a voltage of a second predetermined value or more is generated in the second voltage converting means, or a voltage of a first predetermined value or more is generated in a first voltage converting means, the compressor is stopped, and the opening and closing means is operated (opened).
