PURPOSE: To provide a controller of an air conditioner wherein the simplification of construction, the decrease of costs, the improvement of operability and amenity are enabled.

CONSTITUTION: A controller of an air conditioner is provided with a main body 2 of the air conditioner provided near a wired remote controller 1 in which a communication circuit 16 and a connection terminal 17 are provided, and provided with a signal input terminal 10 and a signal output terminal 11 and a main body 2A of an air conditioner in which a signal input terminal 10A and a signal output terminal 11A to be provided in the distance therefrom. The connection terminal 17 of the wired remote controller 1 and the signal input terminal 10 of the main body 2 of the near air conditioner are connected to each other, and the signal output terminal 11 of the near air conditioner and the signal output terminal 10 of the main body 2A of the distant air conditioner are connected to each other by a signal cable 12.
