Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out washing and changeover of piping with a few persons without requiring skill by providing a means for sealing low-pressure steam in stop valve parts in each line of a black liquor transfer line, a black liquor heating line and a black liquor jetting line.
CONSTITUTION: Low-pressure steam is sealed in a black liquor transfer line (B), a black liquor heating line (D) and a black liquor jetting line (F) and the black liquor in piping is pushed out to carry out leak check of stop valves, etc. The interior of the piping is then washed with a weak acid. All the stop valves, changeover valves, blow down valves, steam purging valves, etc., are sequentially controlled by remote operation.
