Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a switching error caused by the noise of a detected current signal, by causing a filtering means to eliminate a false signal by high-frequency noise having a period of a set time or less from a switching signal, and to generate a switching signal with corresponds to the detected current value correctly.
SOLUTION: A filtering means of an output judging circuit 17 eliminates a false signal generated by high-frequency noise having a period equal to or shorter than a comparatively long set time at the time of hard chopping, from a switching signal to be obtained by comparing a current value Vs6 detected by a load current detector 2 with target current values Vr1, Vr2 of a current waveform generating circuit 15. Besides, at the time of soft chopping, it generates a switching signal which does not have false signals by high-frequency noise having periods equal to or shorter than a comparatively short set time. Consequently, it becomes possible to prevent a switching error caused by high-frequency noise.
