PURPOSE: To discriminate a lot of conditions with one input terminal and to cause the restraint of other function to be a minimum by executing the announcement of the presence and absence of a water storing means, the announcement of water storage quantity and load control with a control means in correspondence to the discriminated result of a comparing arithmetic part.
CONSTITUTION: An analog value generating means 1 for the condition of dehumiditied water constitutes a detecting means 2 to detect the presence and absence of the water storing means, which temporarily stores the dehumidified water, a detecting means 3 for the storage quantity of the dehumidified water and a detecting means to output the signal of a condition that a selecting means 4 for the draining method of the dehumidified water is collected in one set. An analog value to be inputted in an analog value input part 5 is converted to a digital signal by an A-D converter 6. A comparing arithmetic processing part 9 compares a signal from the detecting means of a coupling condition and a numerical value group 8 in a storing part 7 and discriminates the coupling condition concerning the dehumidified water. Then, in a control center part 10, an announcing part 11 to announce the discriminated result and the various types of loads 12 are controlled.
