Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve proper measurement of power consumption in a multi-loop control system using a power adjustment section for turning on/off the current for energizing an actuator, according to the amount of manipulation.SOLUTION: An adjustment function section 2 includes: a section 20 for maintaining output of the amount of manipulation, for making the amount of manipulation MVi equal to 50% be outputted from manual manipulation sections 11-i at all control loops, when a characteristic parameter of the smoothing is adjusted; a power measurement section 21 for measuring a total power consumption measurement value being the sum total of power consumption measurement values of the respective control loops Li; a characteristic parameter change section 22 for changing the characteristic parameter according to a predetermined rule; a smoothing section 23 for smoothing the total power consumption measurement value; a rising and falling range evaluation section 24 for evaluating the range of rising and falling of the total power consumption measurement value after the smoothing; and a characteristic parameter determination section 25 for determining an optimum value of the characteristic parameter, on the basis of the evaluation result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
