Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce max. output of motor for driving DC generator, by limiting the other motion when overlapping max. output operations of each motion (lateral, updown) of crane driving motor. CONSTITUTION:Lifting main circuit voltage and current are supplied to multiplier 8 to calculate motor output. Output from said multiplier 8 is supplied to operational amplifier 9, and when it exceeds over the level determined by the setting of regulating resistor 1RH output signal is provided from operational amplifier 9 and provided to current limit circuit 13 in lateral speed automatic control circuit. In other word output from operational amplifier 9 increases as the output from lifting motor increases to drop limiting current. Setting of regulating resistor 1RH in operational amplifier 9 and lateral main circuit voltage detecting relay is performed within allowable max. output of motor 1.
