Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten the processing time, an important factor, with the real time control by applying the fuzzy inference to the control of an opening amount of a gate as well as the estimation of the inflow. CONSTITUTION:An inflow estimating knowledge data store part 10 stores a membership function and a fuzzy rule for setimation of the inflow. A fuzzy inference is carried out based on the inflow estimating knowledge data and then the inflow is operated from the set data at an inflow inferring part 11. Meanwhile an opening amount inferring knowledge data store part 18 stores a membership function and a fuzzy rule for inference of an opening amount of a gate. Then a fuzzy inference is carried out based on the opening amount inferring knowledge data and a target opening amount is operated at an opening amount inferring part 19 based on the target discharge volume and a measured water level, etc. Thus the fuzzy inferences are applied for estimation of the inflow and operation of an opening amount of the gate. As a result, a complicated operation using many parameters and the set value can be omitted.
