Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a DC brushless motor, capable of expanding a control range to a high-speed rotation region without causing a step-out state.SOLUTION: A controller of a DC brushless motor comprises: phase difference control means 43a which detects a motor current flowing in coils of the motor, and controls a motor application voltage so that a phase difference between the motor current and the motor application voltage becomes a predetermined target phase difference; and field-weakening control means 43b for switching from the phase difference control by the phase difference control means 43a to field-weakening control which is capable of controlling for increasing rotational speed of the motor by advancing the phase of the motor current when the motor application voltage is saturated. When the phase difference reaches the target phase difference while the motor is under the field-weakening control so as to increase the rotational speed with the field-weakening control means 43b, the field-weakening control means 43b maintains the field-weakening control.
