Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely reduce deformation under every condition by performing control in accordance with the actual shape of deformation of an acceleration wave form. SOLUTION: This controller is provided with a means for inputting the control target value which is a periodic function; a displacement control part 11 for feeding back displacement of a vibrating table, an acceleration control part 12 for feeding back acceleration similarly, and a means for outputting a servo command into which outputs of both the control parts are merged to a servo-valve. The acceleration control part 12 includes a precompensator 15 for outputting an acceleration target value having the same amplitude and phase as those of an acceleration output signal when controlled by the displacement control part only and a stabilizing compensator 18 for outputting a signal based on a deviation between the target value and an acceleration feedback signal as an acceleration control signal.
