Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a hunting phenomenon and to attain smooth control with a hypochlorite injection controller by using an individual controller to control the number of revolutions and the stroke. CONSTITUTION:The detection signals of a detector 1 for number of revolutions and a stroke detector 2 are calculated and converted into a flow rate by a multiplier/divider 3. A controller 5 for number of revolutions delivers the value obtained by multiplying the discharge flow rate by a ratio set by a comparison setter 4 and the flow rate to a controller 6 for number of revolutions in the form of the set value and the process quantity. The upper and lower limit values of the number of revolutions are detected by an alarm setter 8. When the number of revolutions exceeds its upper or lower limit value, a stroke controller 13 controls a stroke controller 7. This control is carried out by the number of revolutions. However, an area where the control is impossible with the number of revolutions is controlled with strokes. This attains the smooth control with reduction of a hunting phenomenon, etc.
