Abstract:
PURPOSE:To accurately control a liquid level in a liquefied nitrogen tank by simple construction. CONSTITUTION:An insulator-made guide cylinder 11 storing a float 14 made of conductor is vertically arranged in the liquefied nitrogen tank 1. The guide cylinder 11 has liquid passing structure. Upper limit contact terminals 16a, 16b and lower limit contact terminals 18a, 18b are arranged in the cylinder 11. An electromagnetic opening/closing valve is arranged in a liquefied nitrogen supplying pipe. A controller is arranged so that the valve is opened when the float 14 comes into contact with the terminals 18a, 18b and closed at the time of coming into contact with the terminals 16a, 16b.
