Abstract:

PURPOSE: To secure sufficient followupability and safety for the characteristic change of a controlled system by determining next manipulated variable designated value based on first and second parameters on which the deviation of an operation command value, a target state and an actual state are reflected.
CONSTITUTION: A manipulated variable command value log means discretely determines the first parameter A on which manipulated variable command values u (k-1)...u (k-n) from a point of the present time before plural numbers of times (n times) are reflected by using a constant. The actual state of a controlled system is detected by a detection means and the second parameter B on which the deviation amount e (k)...e (k-m) of the target state from the point of the present time before plural numbers of times (m times) and the actual state is reflected is discretely determined by a controlled variable deviation log means by using the constant stored in a storage means. Based on the first and second parameters A and B determined in these ways, a manipulated variable command value arithmetic means determines the next manipulated variable command value u (k). By this manipulated variable command value u (k), the actual state of the controlled system is controlled so as to be matched with the target state.
