Abstract:
PURPOSE:To always and stably control a water level by altering prediction time in accordance with the water level change rate of a pump wall and controlling the operating number of pumps based on if. CONSTITUTION:The water level detection level (h) of the pump well 3 by a water gauge 5 and a flow rate detection value qp by a flow meter 6 are supplied to a pump controller 7. A prediction time decision part 12 obtains the water level change rate from the water level detection value (h) and it is multiplied by a parameter alpha so as to obtain prediction time DELTAt. A water level prediction part 9 substitutes the water level detection value (h), the flow rate detection value qp of the pumps 4-4, an inflow rate estimation value q(k) and prediction time DELTAt for a prescribed arithmetic expression and the water level prediction value hx after prediction time DELTAt is obtained. An operating number decision part 10 outputs increase/decrease instructions to a pump operation/stop part 11 based on the water level prediction value hx. Thus, the water level of the pump well can always and stably be controlled.
