Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for controlling an oscillator for stably continuing drive an oscillator at the resonance frequency of oscillator.
SOLUTION: In this controller, a microcomputer system 3 outputs a start pulse signal via a power converting means 4 to an oscillating means 5, and an oscillation sensor 1 detects the resonance frequencies of an oscillator 6, and the driving of the oscillator 6 is started at the resonance frequency In this case, the microcomputer system 3 can detect the voltage level, frequency, and phase of the oscillation detection signal from the oscillation sensor 1, and the phase of an analog signal outputted from the power converting means 4 to the oscillating means 5. When the voltage level of the oscillation detection signal or a phase difference between the oscillation detection signal and the analog signal fluctuates, the voltage level and the frequency of the analog signal can be changed into a direction for reducing the fluctuation.
