PURPOSE: To make it possible to correct an unbalance of each interphase by obtaining a voltage amplitude signal by phase in proportion to an output voltage phase signal and deciding the duration of power of each controlled-rectifying device of a power converter by the voltage amplitude signal by phases, and the output voltage phase signal.
CONSTITUTION: A voltage amplitude signal generation circuit by phases 140 inputs a correction percentage modulation signal for each phase to adjust an output voltage amplitude for each phase of the percentage modulation signal and an invertor 11 for voltage regulation from a power controller 8. A voltage phase signal generation circuit 120 receives a phase difference angle signal from the power controller 8, and an output voltage phase of each phase of the invertor 11 outputs an output voltage phase signal consisting of a digital signal, wherein the voltage phase difference of each phase of an AC system 50 is a specific phase difference angle, to a firing signal generation circuit 130 every time a system phase signal receives from a synchronizing detection circuit 110. The duration of power of a controlled-rectifying device of the invertor 11 is decided by the output of the firing signal generation circuit 130.
