PURPOSE: To enable the creation of operation control the same as that of an actual car by a method wherein a number of revolutions control section is made to raise the number of revolutions in the power running at a specified rate or to lower the revolutions in the deceleration running at a specified rate and an idle running is performed to lower the revolutions of a motor at the rate lower than that in the deceleration running while both operations are not carried out.

CONSTITUTION: A railway model is started and at the time t1 when the speed becomes stable. a memory of a masscontrol 35 is set to 2 to perform a power running. Then, a capacitor is charged and at the time t2 when the railway model begins to be accelerated, the memory 3 of the masscontrol 35 is set to 3 to perform a power running. At the time t3 when the speed reaches a specified value. the memory of the masscontrol 35 is set to 0 to shift to an idle running. If the speed drops with the idle running, the power running is carried out again. The power running is kept up to the time t5. Thereafter, the speed of the railway model can be controlled by power running and the idle running at a lower speed by deceleration as if an actual car were in operation.
