Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate start and stop by obtaining a required generator capacity by fuzzy inference based on the rainfall calculated by a radar information analyzing means and its change rate. CONSTITUTION:A controller 10 in a rain water drainage pumping place is provided with a man-machine interface 11, a knowledge base 12, an interface 13, a radar information analyzing means 15, a fuzzy inference means 17, and an operation control means 19 and is used in a rain water drainage pumping place 50 which is provided with a rain water drainage pump group 51, a generator group 52 which drives this group 51, and a radar rain gauge 55. Control rules are preliminarily stored in the knowledge base 12, and the fuzzy inference means 17 obtains the generator capacity requested to the generator group 52 by fuzzy inference based on the state signal passing the interface 13 from said pump group 51, the rainfall, and its change rate. The operation control means 19 determines a generator to be driven based on this capacity and said state signal and controls the operation.
