The controller for the refrigerating cycle includes the refrigerating cycle having a variable-capability compressor consisting of inverter controls and a plurality of refrigerant flow passages; and the selector valve constructed of a stepping motor, with its valve element moved to supply refrigerant to each refrigerant flow passage.
