Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decrease the tuning time remarkably without requiring specialists, by setting the measurement of data, re-calculation and slow-down profile by means of the software. CONSTITUTION:In selecting a measuring data type mode switch 7 for the maximum slip mode, a tuning program 11 is started and a slow down profile table 2 is switched to the maximum slip measurement. In this case, when a set request is incoming, a control objective device 3 is driven according to the maximum slip measurement profile to measure the slip at the stop from the maximum notch. Similarly, a minimum slip measuring mode switch 8 is selected to measure the minimum slip. In depressing a set command PBL switch 9, the program 11 is started, the re-calculation correcting the slip is done by using a correction coefficient set switch 10 and the final slow down table is obtained.
