Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that allows a vehicle to evacuation travel, even when abnormality has occurred in a main control unit.SOLUTION: Provided is a control device including: a plurality of component control sections that control multiple electrical components serving to drive a vehicle; a main control section that generates command signals giving commands to the plurality of component control sections; a cutoff section that cuts off transmission of the command signals from the main control section to the plurality of component control sections, when abnormality occurs in the main control section; and an operation section that is operated by a driver driving the vehicle, and generates an operation signal indicating operation of the driver. When the cutoff section cuts off the transmission of the command signals, at least one of the plurality of component control sections controls a responding component among the multiple electrical components, according to the operation signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
