CONSTITUTION: The sensitivity of a transmission degree detector 19 is regulated during a period for feeding water for first rinsing, and the light emitting output of a light emitting diode 8a is controlled so that sensor output voltage Ve may come to a set value Vo. From T3, rinsing agitation is started, and at T4 after the lapse of a fixed time, according to a difference ΔV1 between the sensor voltage Ve and the Vo, rinsing operation is controlled. A period T5-T6 is a period for second draining and intermediate dehydrating. A period T7-T9 is for second rinsing agitation operation, and from the T8 after the lapse of the fixed time of the second rinsing agitation, the sensor voltage is detected, and if a difference ΔV2 between the voltage and the set value Vo is not within a set limit, a feed water valve is opened, and injected-water rinsing is performed. The sensor voltage Ve is heightened, and a difference between the voltage and the Vo is diminished and if the difference ΔV3 between the voltage and the Vo is within the set limit, rinsing operation is completed.
