Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform the control with a minimum flow rate variance by operating such target pattern on the basis of the demand forecast pattern or the like of each distributing reservoir that the variance of the flow rate of clean water sent from a filtration plant or the like is minimum. CONSTITUTION:A controller 10 of a water supply system is provided with a target pattern operating means 12, a flow rate controller 15, and a water level controller 18. An inflow target pattern and a water level target pattern are calculated by said operating means 12 successively from distributing reservoirs below on the basis of demand water quantity forecast patterns 3 and water level restricting conditions 5 of respective distributing reservoirs Ji. The flow rate of water sent by a pump K is controlled through a flow rate adjuster 40 by the flow rate controller 15 on the basis of the inflow target pattern. A solenoid valve L1 is driven by the water level controller 18 on the basis of the water level target pattern to control the water level. Thus, the variance of the flow rate of clean water sent from the filtration plant and the variance of the water level of each distributing reservoir are minimized.
