Abstract:

PURPOSE: To attain the stabilization of a product, the improvement of service and the preservation of a machine by urging the execution of maintenance by making the standard of the maintenance visible.
CONSTITUTION: This controller is provided with a time setting means 5 for setting the time to be the standard of the maintenance for an item set beforehand, an integrating means 6 for counting or resetting the power charging time (henceforth, this is called as integration time) of a controller, an execution date setting means 7 for setting a date on which the integration time integrated by the integrating means 6 is reset, a warning means 8 for obtaining ratio between the integration time and set time, and a display screen 3 for displaying these pieces of information.
