The screen of a displaying device 17 is divided into three parts consisting of a main displaying area 17A, an information displaying area 17B and a menu displaying area 17C. Each of the main displaying area 17A, information displaying area 17B and menu displaying area 17C is divided into plural sections. A list 33 of memory patterns corresponding to plural kinds of embroidery data are displayed on the main displaying area 17A. The memory pattern list 33 contains 36 memory patterns (image patterns) roughly displayed as icons arranged with prescribed arrangement. A list corresponding to the other screen display contains 36 pattern information data consisting of the pattern name, total needle number, etc., and arranged corresponding to each memory pattern.
