PURPOSE: To improve a switchgear in friendliness to users by a method wherein a half-opening switch is arranged in addition to the opening, the stop, and the closing switch of the switchgear and drive of half angle release operation is practicable by means of a storage means arranged at a control device having the switches.
CONSTITUTION: A switchgear control device 10 comprises a microcomputer 5 having opening, stop, closing, and half opening switches 1-4 and a storage means 6; and a full closing detecting means 9 and by means of a command from the microcomputer 5, a louver 8 is driven through a drive part 7. When the louver 8 is fully closed, the opening switch 1 and the half opening switch 4 are both kept pressed for a given time. When the angle of the louver 8 attains a given angle, the switches are released from the hand and it is stored at a storage means 6 by the microcomputer 5 that the switches are in a half-opening mode. This constitution maintains the half-opened state of the louver 8 only by pressing the half-opening switch 4 by a user on and after a following time.
