Abstract:
PURPOSE:To carry out different treatment for many kinds of the materials to be treated and to enable to carry out jumping control, by giving the number to the hanger etc. equipped with the material to be treated and reading the number in each treating vessel and then, reading the treating condition from the memory device. CONSTITUTION:The serial hanger numbers 5 are assigned to the one end of the upper part support frame 4 of the hanger 1, etc. and the numbers 5 and treating condition of the material to be treated 2, are memorized in the memory device of computer. When the hanger 1 is transferred and dipped in the treating vessel 3, the numbers 5 are read by the reading device 10 provided on the upper part of side wall of each vessel 3 and the treating condition corresponding to the numbers 5, is read from the memory device and then, the treating condition and dipping time in each vessel 3, are controlled. Hereby, the treatment of the most suitable condition is made possible and the device is efficiently operated because the treatment in some vessels can be eliminated.
