Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain precise temperature control by detecting the temperature in a heating furnace or a low temperature tank and detecting no output change in control operation between an output generating part for the control operation to reach an objective value and an operation part. CONSTITUTION:A sample 1 to be heated is put on the inside of the heating furnace 3 to heat the sample 1 with a heating wire 2 and a temperature sensor 4 is arranged close to the sample 1 to detect the temperature TF in the tank. An electric signal EX outputted from the temperature sensor 4 is iputted to a controller 5 forming a temperature controlling part. The controller 5 compares the input signal EX with the signal value ES of an objective temperature T previously set up on the controller 5 to detect the deviation + or -E, executes the operation of the detected deviation and outputs a signal IX. Receiving an output signal eO from a differentiator 9 to find the rate alphaIX/alphat of variation while monitoring the signal IX always, the contact of the preceding relay 10 actuates a holding time setter 11 and controls an electric power regulator 6 through a circuit 12 detecting saturation time to adjust current from a power supply 7 to IH. Consequently, the charging quantity and discharging quantity of heat are balanced and a required temperature is precisely maintained.
