Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of hydrogen chloride in a boiler, etc., by measuring the Cl-ion concentration and OH-ion concentration in boiler water, transmitting the measurement data to a monitoring means, calculating the concentration ratio of the Cl-ion concentration of the OH-ion concentration to judge whether or not the concentration ratio is the prescribed value or under.
SOLUTION: The condensed steam is sampled from the downstream position, etc., of a condenser 4 in a circulation system of boiler water in a fluidized bed boiler 1, and the Cl-ion concentration and the OH-ion concentration in boiler water are measured by an ion concentration detecting means 12. The measurement data is transmitted to a monitoring means 13, the concentration ratio of the Cl-ion concentration to the OH-ion concentration is calculated, and it is judged whether or not the concentration ratio is 8.9 or under. The boiler water is judged normal when the concentration ratio is 8.9 or under, while the it is judged abnormal when the concentration ratio exceeds 8.9, and a treatment is achieved, such as giving an alarm by an alarm device 14.
