Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable a supervision over a fault of a control system in a package state and the investigation of its cause, by providing a memory circuit that receives input signals to a control circuit and actuator for the control system and a circuit that generates a writing command signal to the memory circuit. CONSTITUTION:The control system in the package state is fitted with memory circuit 15 and writing command circuit 16 and an input signal to control circuit 2 and that to actuator 3 are previously supplied to memory circuit 15 via signal lines 17 and 18 respectively. Every time a writing command signal is generated by writing command circuit 16, the contents of each input signal at every point in time are stored in memory circuit 15. Then, memory circuit 15 is detached from the control system and fault contents are detected from the memory contents to diagnose the fault.
