Abstract:
To provide a control device, a program, a system, and a control method for generating a flight plan including a flight path that has less impact when an unmanned aircraft crashes.SOLUTION: The system includes: an operation management system having an information provision unit, an operation management integration unit and a plurality of an operation management units; and a plurality of unmanned aircrafts. An operation management unit 100 includes: a data acquisition unit that acquires human flow data; a flight plan control unit that determines a flight plan including a flight path of an unmanned aircraft from a departure point to a destination point on the basis of the human flow data; and an output control unit that controls the output of the flight plan. Further, the data acquisition unit continuously acquires the human flow data while the unmanned aircraft is flying according to the flight plan, and the flight plan control unit causes the flight plan of the unmanned aircraft to be changed on the basis of the human flow data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
