A conversion adaptor with a cord reel comprises a flat package type plug 1 inserted in a housing 2. An insertion socket 3 for a mini plug 16 is provided in the side of the housing 2. A convex shape frame 4 and a guide pin 5 are formed in the right-and-left of outline part of the side, and a U-shaped slot 6 is formed in the back part. The cord reel is formed in a hub a7 and a hub b13. A plurality of hooks 12 and a guide rib 11 for installing the housing 2 are provided in the right-and-left of upper-surface of the hub a7. The hub a7 and the hub b13 are configured so they may be shifted within a definite width.
