Title:
AC/DC CONVERSION CIRCUIT AND DC POWER SUPPLY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014124004
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC/DC conversion circuit that derives a low supply voltage from a secondary winding for generating a high AC voltage without causing a wasteful power consumption.SOLUTION: AC/DC conversion circuits 100 and 200b are connected in parallel to a secondary winding L2 of a transformer T. The AC/DC conversion circuit 200b has diodes 211 and 212 constituting a full wave rectification circuit for full-wave-rectifying an AC voltage generated in the secondary winding L2, and a subsequent amplitude limitation circuit 250. The amplitude limitation circuit 250 has a PNP transistor 251 that turns off when an output voltage of the full wave rectification circuit is less than a reference voltage Vref and turns on when it is not less than the reference voltage Vref, and a PNP transistor 252 that turns on to pass the output voltage VAC of the full wave rectification circuit only for the period when the PNP transistor 251 is off.
